In support of continued growth, the HAA will soon be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a new paid administrator role.
This is an important step forward. The Association has grown significantly—our membership, programs, and responsibilities have expanded well beyond what a volunteer board can reasonably manage alone. Bringing on a professional administrator will improve consistency, communication, and long-term sustainability, allowing volunteer leadership to focus on strategy, advocacy, and serving the membership more effectively.
